1. Introduction

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on the seri33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a seri33 promotional offer, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot game, live dealer game, crash game, fishing game, or other entertainment product available on the seri33 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on any Game or sports betting market available through seri33.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a User may process withdrawals or access certain Account features.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on seri33 are denominated.
• "Platform" means the seri33 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated services accessible at https://seri33.cam.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited or in which seri33 does not hold the authorisations required to offer its services.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on seri33, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account. seri33 strictly prohibits access to or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under the minimum age will be immediately suspended, all funds retained pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not be resident in, or accessing seri33 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming activities is lawful in your jurisdiction. seri33 does not represent that the platform is legal or available in all locations.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from gambling.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by seri33 or by any third-party responsible gambling body. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and your exclusion period has not expired, you are prohibited from registering or accessing any Account.

4. Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false name, another person's identity, or misleading contact details. seri33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify seri33 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.1 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, seri33 is required to complete a KYC verification of your Account. You will be asked to submit a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and in some cases, evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your Account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the seri33 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, whether on the same game or across different games, to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting errors, technical glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any game or system feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a software error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financially illicit activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the seri33 platform.
• Creating, accessing, or assisting in the creation or use of more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.

seri33 employs continuous monitoring of Account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend Accounts, void affected Bets, and forfeit associated Account Balances without prior notice.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits on seri33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an automatic account review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. seri33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally practicable. Processing times vary by method: DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 1–6 hours for verified accounts; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. seri33 does not charge fees on standard MYR withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the Account, subject to verification. seri33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of significant value.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits are denominated in MYR. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will determine the MYR equivalent credited to your Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

seri33 offers various promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and time limitations.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all seri33 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds must be used in accordance with the applicable bonus terms prior to withdrawal.
• seri33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting or strategic low-risk wagering to meet rollover conditions — will result in the voiding of associated bonuses and may result in Account suspension.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that exceed the permitted withdrawal cap (as stated in the specific bonus terms) will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on seri33 are final once confirmed by the system. seri33 does not accept responsibility for interrupted game sessions caused by network failures, hardware issues, or interruption of the User's internet connection. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical interruption, the system will restore the most recent verifiable game state when the session resumes.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to that sport and competition. seri33 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where events are cancelled, or where the integrity of a market is in question. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded are void.

seri33 does not guarantee the availability of any particular game, market, or sporting event. Game catalogues and sports betting markets may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

9. Responsible Gambling

seri33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following player protection tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform through our customer support team.
• Account Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period.

10. Suspension & Termination

seri33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Determination that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Any activity that seri33 reasonably considers to be in breach of applicable law.

Upon Account termination for cause, seri33 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including any pending withdrawals, pending investigation and resolution. Where an Account is closed without cause at the Company's discretion, any legitimate Account Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the most recently verified withdrawal method.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus Funds remaining in a closed Account are forfeited at the point of closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the seri33 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of seri33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the seri33 platform without the Company's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, seri33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

seri33's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

seri33 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

13. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of seri33 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which seri33 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

seri33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, seri33 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the seri33 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure.
